- Pohlad Family Foundation: As part of the Pohlad family of companies, we’re deeply connected to the Pohlad Family Foundation. This foundation aims to improve the quality of life and provide opportunities for those most in need in the Twin Cities. Focusing on housing stability and racial justice, the foundation has partnered with over 160 nonprofits since 2020, distributing $60.9 million and serving over 50 million households.
- Maximize Your Impact: Donate to the 501(c)(3) organization of your choice and take advantage of the Pohlad Family Foundation matching program, doubling the difference you make in the causes you care about.
- Employee Volunteering: We believe in giving back to our community. That’s why every employee receives 2 days of paid time off (PTO) each year to volunteer and support causes that are important to them. This initiative allows our team members to make a personal impact and contribute to the betterment of our community.
- On-Site Volunteer Events: With frequent on-site volunteer events supporting a variety of organizations, employees have many opportunities to come trogether and give back to the community in which we work and live.
Education and Skills Development
- Education Support: We are committed to the continuous learning and development of our employees. Our education reimbursement programs offer financial assistance to employees pursuing further education, helping them to advance their skills and knowledge.
- STEM Sponsorships: We proudly support STEM organizations through sponsorships and and employee engagement. By supporting these organizations, we help foster a love for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in young minds. We also engage with local schools and programs, donating equipment when feasible, and providing students with exposure to STEM careers.
- Youth Engagement: We sponsor programs like FIRST Robotics, which encourages youth to get involved in STEM activities. These programs provide hands-on learning experiences and inspire the next generation of innovators and engineers.

- Going Green: We recycle and compost with enthusiasm! Our “Green Team” is always on the lookout for new ways to make our daily activities more eco-friendly. From reducing waste to promoting sustainable practices, we’re constantly striving to minimize our environmental footprint.
